Paul has 20+ years of hands-on experience working in data analytics, data engineering, data security and data governance.  He has a Grad Dip in Software Development from Swinburne University as well as formal certifications for AWS and Redis. Paul is also an ISACA Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer.  He worked for AWS from 2017 – 2021 where his last role was that of Specialist Solution Architect for Big Data, Analytics, and Insights. Since joining TDF in 2021, he has overseen the strategy, security, governance, design, build and assurance aspects of our customer projects.

Raechel joined TDF in early 2022 as a Data Analyst then transitioned into a Data Engineer role a year later. She has a Bachelors in Engineering from UNSW as well as formal certifications for AWS, Snowflake and UI/UX. Prior to joining TDF, she gained experience as a full-stack engineer, developing applications in the automation, analytics, machine learning and monitoring spaces. Raechel has considerable experience using AWS, Python, SQL, PowerBI, and Tableau. Since joining TDF, Raechel has built data analytics and data engineering solutions for federal government, state government, high-performance sports and emergency services organisations.

Brad has 35+ years of experience in the IT industry and has worked extensively in both the private and public sectors in Australia, England and Ireland.  He has a Grad Dip in Business Technology and a Masters of Business Administration in Technology Management from Monash University as well as formal certifications for AWS.  Prior to launching The Data Foundry, Brad worked for AWS from 2013 – 2019, where his last role was that of Australia & New Zealand Country Manager, Public Sector.
